2022 Edition 26 MONTHLY STATISTICAL BULLETIN The CPI year-on-year rate of change increased to 8.7% In June 2022, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) registered the following year-on-year rates of change: • Total CPI: 8.7% (8.0% in the previous month), the highest since December 1992; • Core inflation index (total index excluding unprocessed food products and energy): 6.0% (5.6% in May); • Energy products index: 31.7% (27.3% in the previous month), the highest value since August 1984; • Unprocessed food products: 11.9% (11.6% in May).
